Our Cottages Anually Rated 3 and 4 STARS by VisitScotland's Quality Assurance Scheme
You have a choice of 5, very different, two and three bedroomed self catering holiday cottages, all centrally heated and renovated to the very highest standards.
  • All south facing looking out across the Upper Tay valley.
  • Each one is unique, has its own character and its own warmth and charm.
  • They are all separate and apart, have their own private gardens, and all are situated on separate uniquely different areas on our family run farm.
  • They are all secluded but easily accessible.
  • Make a choice of one from five to suit your personal taste or your family circumstances.
  • Pets welcome. We are happy to take one well-behaved pet at all our properties except Keepers. Two dogs may be allowed after discussion with Margaret or Duncan. Each pet is charged at a price of £20.00 per week or part thereof. Castle Menzies and Aberfeldy have numerous lovely woodland and riverside walkways, just perfect for dog walking, right on the doorstep of all the cottages.

The original Head Gardener’s house for the Menzies Estate. A traditional stone built two storied house, close by historic Castle Menzies. Spacious warm and comfortable, a real family house with every modern convenience. Private garden and surroundings, nestling below Weem Rock with wildlife abounding in the surrounds. Middle Lodge - sleeps 6
Once the Head Keeper’s house. Two storied cottage with 3 double bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs. Completely redesigned and converted 2003. West Lodge - sleeps 4

The Castle Kennels - sleeps 4
Until 1978 unaltered as the Kennels for the Menzies Estate gundogs. Now converted and completely renovated to a charming little cottage, in its own delightful spacious garden, with superb uninterrupted views across the Tay valley. It has a delightful stone fenced patio on the southern frontage, enclosed and sheltered. Open plan living & lounge area, with two bedrooms. The Keepers - sleeps 6
Keepers, This luxurious cottage is at the top of our range. It is situated in the 17 acres of the garden grounds of Farleyer House, and was a completely new building in 1998, Accommodation comprises three commodious bedroom suites - all can be either super king double, or twin, with ample sitting area and easy chairs and TV in each one.
